Starting the new year before it starts!

To often and many folks wait until the last minute to start a lifestyle changing commitment and also do it for the wrong reasons.

Why does the first of the year have to be the day people should start to get healthy?

You have been conditions to think it is because of the media and national branding of events and organizational programs?


Although I believe getting started at some point is better than not at all, this conditioning has lead to a somewhat of elevated level of procrastination.

People who need to make lifestyle changes now need not to wait and or look 6 or 8 month s until the New Year as an excuse to get started.

" Ill get away with as much as i can now, because at the new year I will start a new resolution"

January Has been branded as National fitness month. BY WHO... the media and the government?

Then what it just ends???


Quit making excuses for taking care of yourself, eating better, loosing weight, getting stronger, health and fitness education. Every day is should be national fitness month so get started now and do something about it.

Quit paying lip service to all those who are tired of hearing your excuses as to why you can't do something, and start by showing them and yourself you can do something.
